RVEC Mission Statement

The Ruby Valley Episcopal Churches consist of Christ Church, Sheridan, and St. Paul's, Virginia City, in the beautiful Ruby Valley of Southwest Montana.

We are part of the Episcopal Diocese of Montana, under the pastoral direction of the Rt. Rev. C. Franklin Brookhart, IX Bishop of Montana.

The combined mission of our two parishes is to:

INVITE people into our midst; INCLUDE people in the life of the church; INFORM people about past events that shape our present, and current events that shape our future; PROCLAIM the gospel in thought, word and deed; and REJOICE in a new life found in Christ Jesus.
